BIOGRAPHY

Akudo Ejelonu is a sharp, insightful comedian, sketch writer, and improviser with a voice all her own. Her comedy blends clever storytelling, bold observations, unexpected twists, and thought-provoking as it is hilarious. Whether she’s on stage at a packed theater or surprising an audience at a pop-up show or bus stop, Akudo brings low-key charisma and smart, unexpected storytelling to every set.

She’s opened for America’s Got Talent finalist Don McMillan and musical comedian Kristin Key on a sold-out tour. Her recent credits include the SF Sketchfest, New York Comedy Festival, Don’t Tell Comedy, the Queer as in Funny Comedy Tour, and headlining the Midwest Mayhem Comedy Tour. Her first television debut was the Ms. Pat Settles It show, Seasons 3.

When she's not producing shows or traveling for gigs, you’ll find her telling tales of awkward encounters, embracing her inner child, or actively avoiding her responsibilities. Follow her on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for more.
